Turin United Church, at 14188 Turin Line, will be hosting this year’s World Day of Prayer Service on March 1st at 2pm. The service, written by the World Day of Prayer Committee of Palestine, is sure to be very interesting and an eye opener into the lives of the Christian women living there.

Procession of the Cross
Procession of the Cross
On Good Friday, we will be combining our service with The Gathering Place. At 9:30am the Procession of the Cross will leave The Gathering Place for Emmanuel. Participants can take turns carrying the large wooden cross as they reflect on its meaning. Everyone will arrive at Emmanuel in time for the 10:30am Service.

Our Good Friday Service will be a combined service with The Gathering Place. It is Emmanuel’s turn to host, so the procession of the cross will leave The Gathering Place for Emmanuel at 9:30am and arrive in time for the 10:30am service.
