Something New for Teens in Our Community! 🌟
Starting this September, Lion Heart Youth (grades 7–12 at The Gathering Place & Emmanuel Congregational Church) is launching a brand-new program called Bible Quizzing — and it’s open to ALL teens in the community, whether they’ve ever been to church or not.
This is an awesome opportunity for students to join a team, have fun, and build memorization and teamwork skills in a friendly, positive environment.
So, what is it?
👉 A fun, game-style competition with buzzers, teams, and lots of fun
👉 A chance to build confidence, sharpen memory skills, and make great friends
👉 A safe space where teens are encouraged, supported, and challenged
• Weekly Quizzing Nights: Beginning Tuesday, September 16, 7–9 PM (running September–May)
This year, we’ll be exploring 1 & 2 Corinthians together — but no prior knowledge is needed! We’ll learn in a way that’s fun and engaging. And to top it off… at the end of the year we’ll take a weekend trip to Muskoka Woods! 🎉
